Every course registration is considered final once payment has been completed.
When you enroll, your seat is immediately reserved in the American Heart Association (AHA) training system under your name. Because this reservation is tied specifically to the registered participant, it cannot be transferred, reassigned, or reused by another individual.
For this reason, cancellations do not qualify for a refund, regardless of the circumstances.
If you need to move your class to a different date or time, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply each time a change is requested.
During checkout, you may purchase Reschedule Protection for a one-time cost of $15.

A participant is considered a No-Show if they fail to attend their scheduled course or skills session without notifying CPR Classes California before the class start time.
If a participant is marked as a No-Show:

Unexpected situations can happen. Although refunds are not available, you may request to move your class before it begins. Any approved schedule changes will follow the terms of this policy.
Please contact us as soon as you notice the error. While we cannot cancel or refund completed registrations, we will review your situation and help you explore available rescheduling options.
To request a different class date, contact CPR Classes California before your scheduled session begins. Requests received after the class has started may be processed under the No-Show policy.
